Refund policy
You are not eligible for a refund for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or the wrong product...however, we will do ANYTHING to ensure you continue to purchase from us and/or spread the word. So if there is an issue, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH first before leaving a negative review, to see if we can work something out.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
is unsafe
is significantly different from the sample or description
doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Sarcastees™ offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery.
Please ensure you take clear photos of the product, and the fault that qualifies you for a return or refund.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
International Orders
The above policy applies to all International Orders.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
